The team is currently wrapping up tournament play for the year of 2013 but will begin play with the start of the tournament this summer of 2014! More information of game days will be developed.
The PuraVida Football club is something that comes from the very heart of Sport Ministry. We do no desire just to be spectators on the stands influencing the players of the field, but as well as having a testimony on the field.
The PuraVida football club was born in early 2013 with the goal of impacting the area of sports in the community of Pichilemu.
The life of a party of young people in Pichilemu is surrounded by drugs and alcohol, some of these young people are fond of sports and of course football.
Representatives of different football clubs Pichilemu took a vote to approve or disapprove the entrance of the club to the League, and the result was positive for PuraVida Club, representatives made it clear that it is an opportunity to show young people the importance of values and lead a healthy lifestyle, what we would call a life of holiness.
Our mission is to impact young THROUGH different from our own lives, giving testimony of Jesus as Lord and Savior using football as a tool to bring the kingdom of God.
The Soccer team is compiled of YWAMers ranging from several different cultures and countries. The players are compiled of students and staff that are currently working on the YWAM Pichilemu Campus, but is also open to any Pichileminu who wants to participate.
